WE STUDY SHAOLIN KEMPO:

 Martial art style that combines the Five Animals of Shaolin Kung Fu, the core competency of Kempo, the hard-hitting linear explosiveness of traditional Karate, as well as the power of Western boxing and the felling and grappling arts of Jujutsu, 

Chin Na, and Mongolian wrestling.

 

Lunging Tiger students’ are trained in the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of Shaolin Kempo Karate. This style, developed by Buddhist Monks, originated in China around 495 AD and incorporates self defense techniques, self control techniques,and meditation along with cross training exercises.

Each student’s individual journey as a Martial Artist is emphasized, during which physical strength, speed and endurance are promoted. Training in Jiu Jitsus, self defense and weapons techniques are also an integral part of our style of martial arts training.

Each student's journey with each belt starts by learning kempo, combination, forms, strikes (punches and kicks), jujius, & weapon form. We teach a full curriculum and do not have jr black belts student will earn a full degree black belt when they complete their martial arts journey.



What's new or Coming!

 Self Defense will be held the last Saturday of every month 2 1:30pm.  This workship is for teens adn adults, and will be going over street smart self defese technics.

Cost: $10 walk in or $7 fitness pass
