No matter your skill level, experience, or individual needs, we are committed to making martial arts accessible and enjoyable for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer a diverse mix of classes, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shaolin Kempo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kickboxing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weapons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demo Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fitness Training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Master Taber, along with her dedicated instructors, works hard to create a <strong>fun, supportive, and low-stress learning environment<\/strong>. While we are a competitive studio, we strongly believe that students perform their best\u2014both mentally and physically\u2014when they are confident and not overwhelmed. Mental well-being is just as important to us as physical training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Art: Shaolin Kempo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Lunging Tiger Karate, we strive to help each student become the <strong>best version of themselves<\/strong> while remaining true to the roots of <strong>Shaolin Kempo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shaolin Kempo blends Chinese and Japanese martial arts, including <strong>Kung Fu, Karate, and Kempo<\/strong>, along with elements of <strong>Jujutsu, Mongolian wrestling, and Western boxing<\/strong>. It is a practical self-defense system that combines <strong>circular and linear movements<\/strong>, powerful strikes, and grappling techniques.
