Class outlines for the Fall 2025
There is always information on the White board at the dojo, on what we are working on: Student should always keep a notebook of what they are learning. Sensei always gives bonus training, that is not part of earning a black belt just good skills to have.
Cubs: 2.5 years old – 5 years old
- cubs have no contact and parent are able to come on the floor with them to learn the moves.
Tiny Tiger: 5 – 8 years old
- young Tiny Tiger have no contact and parents are able to come on the floor and learn the moves. Older Tiny Tiger do moves on each other, with the help of an instructor, assistant instructor or jr instrucotr.
Saber: 9 – 12 years old
- Saber – Adult do all moves on each other:
Teen: 13- 17 years old
- Saber- Adult do all moves on each other
Adult: 18 years old and older
